Heidi Wallheimer 🇳🇱

Heidi Wallheimer was born and raised in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

In 2003 she successfully finished the Rietveld Academy BA

Her bronze sculptures are a reference as to how mankind deals with our planet.

The deforestation in Brazil and many other places to make way for palmoil plantations..

the CO2 absorbtion that disappears, causes  threats for our existance. 

We need insects, they are the nr 1 in our food chain.  Without them we will die.

Deforestation causes extinction and therefore danger to our existence.

Heidi’s bronze insects are a reference as to how we should deal with these life threathing 

situations, and make our planet a safe place for the continuation of mankind.
